This weekend, your bitter blind broke gap-toothed radio show host Chuck Mertz interviewed:
- Stephen Walt is a professor at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Stephen is the Robert and Renee Belfer Professor of International Affairs in the International Security Program at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. He co-authored, “The Israel Lobby and U.S. Foreign Policy” (MacMillan), with last week’s guest John Mearsheimer. He also regularly writes at Foreign Policy.
- live from London, Sahr Muhammedally is a consultant in the Asia division of Human Rights Watch and co-authored the report, “Just Don’t Call it a Militia: Impunity, Militias, and the Afghan Local Police.”
- also live from London, Chris Woods is an award-winning London-based investigative journalist and documentary film maker. Chris writes for The Bureau of Investigative reporting. He previously worked as a senior producer on BBC’s flagship programs ‘Newsnight’ and ‘Panorama’, He has also written and directed major documentaries for Channel 4′s Dispatches and for Al Jazeera. His most recent writing at the Bureau include, “Call for all casualties of conflict to be properly recorded.” We’ll speak with Chris about this article and previous writing on the US drone program.
